Steps to Restarting Your River Road Coffee Service

Many of our customers are getting back to business, and that means we are too! We are standing by and ready to resume serving you and your team the rich coffee you love. We can’t wait to get back out there delivering orders, refilling supplies and providing maintenance on coffee machines.

We want to share some vital info about re-starting your coffee service:

1. We are on schedule. Your office, or business, will be visited by our delivery team on its regular schedule. If you are working, then we will get back to what we do – making sure you are never out of great coffee. If you are not back to work yet – that is OK too. Let us know when you might return to work. Feel free to submit your current status by filling out the form below.

2. Your Coffee Machine is vital to making good coffee, and since it probably hasn’t been used in a few weeks, there is a good chance it is low on water. All you have to do is run the machine through two brew cycles by adding water (no coffee needed). After that, your coffee machine will be ready to brew a fresh batch of River Road Coffees. Enjoy!

3. Coffee, Cream, Sugar, and other Supplies! We want to make sure you have what you need to make your coffee the right flavor. Look through your supplies and make sure you have what you need. If not then, please call, email or fill out the form below – let us know when you are re-opening so that we can provide the supplies you need.
