How can I tell if an order has been submitted successfully?
Once an order has been submitted successfully, you will see a confirmation screen with the order number and you will also receive an email with confirmation of your order. If you have trouble ordering, please call 225.751.2633.
How do I make changes to or cancel an order after it has been submitted?
Please call us at 225.751.2633 or e-mail us immediately and include your name, order number and telephone number. If the order has not already been processed for shipping, we will gladly make changes or cancel the order.
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. River Road Coffees preferred shipping provider is United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping costs are determined at online checkout. Shipping prices are determined by total weight or order. You will be provided with different shipping speeds to meet your delivery needs.
